It took them 10 minutes to unpack the TV, get it up the stairs and onto my stand (I didn't pay for any fancy white glove as I knew I could take care of all that myself). I gotta say that for the price of this TV it is a outstanding value. It does take a bit of tweaking in the menu to get the brightness, contrast and color inline, but that is to be expected.
