Excellent LCDBy Paul RI recently purchased this TV from Fry's Electronics for about $1400.00 with tax. I have been waiting (for almost a year) for the Samsung 650 to drop below $2000 but finally decided to go with this LG. I could not believe the price of this television given it is 1080p and 120 hz. So far, I could not have made a better purchase. The sound is great and the picture is absolutely wonderful. I've been watching movies on Blu-ray and playing games on my Playstation 3. Happy with the purchaseBy RCaliBought this T.V. back in February for $999, which continues to be a steal. I'm pretty happy. Not sure I really needed the wireless technology with my current set-up. Had some issues with picture issues due to the fact that I have placed the wireless box under in the tv in a open cabinet. Might try moving it out or just directly connecting the wirless box to the tv. That's the Trumotion technology--turn it off! My brother is an installer and he's heard of people returning LH40's because of this problem. Turn off Trumotion and the picture returns to normal.The Trumotion defect is easiest to spot in a scene with rough camera movements. Definitely one of the best LCD sets on the marketBy KJNWonderful set. Picture is stunning with 1080 and 720 sources and looks good even with standard def. Set-up was straight forward. There is a picture wizard that gets you reasonable initial picture settings. Black levels are truly black, and depending on your brightness setting, you can make an all-black screen look like the TV is off. Colors appear to be accurate. The sweet-spot is quite wide, but once beyond 45 degrees or so off center, the blacks and colors fade a small amount.
