Apparently there is something wrong with the bulb/ballast. The picture just drops out and the green indicator turns solid red. The book says change the bulb. After the run around with Mitsu it took 5 days to get a new bulb and that didn't work. Now I have to wait another ~4-5 days minimum to have a tech come out to look at the set.
